Day 1 - First Observations on site
By Christian Nold • Jul 23rd, 2008 • Category: Meta DesignFirst impressions after a 2 hour walk in the park:
-shocked by the drug dealing and needles lying about in the park
-feel bad about the communities on the North Side of the river living in precarious conditions with small children and still offering food
-puzzled by why it is not turned into a green park yet,; is there a policy of tolerance to keep drugdealing away from the city centre
-uncertain about there being a way of altering the use of the park
-interested in the diverse communities that have an active lifestyle and the way they deal with the different issues
